| | Post by pluffie on December 17, 2018 fourteen:29:33 GMT -5 I'thousand non talking about going into CAS or using some other mod to change the age, I'yard talking about the specific age in days to control when a sims ages up. For example, in the Sims 3 with Chief Controller, I had all sims age up according to their group. Like, all lifespans were a multiple of 8: so babies would be 8 days, toddlers and children xvi days, teens 32 days, etc etc, and every 8th day would be a birthday. Then, after babies anile into toddlers, I would allow sims to get meaning randomly, and thus a new group is born. Information technology was laggy during birthday-24-hour interval because every sim that was aging into a different age would historic period on the same day, but I loved having that control. Is in that location a mode for me to do that with the Sims four? For correct at present, I accept aging turned off and take categorized all 200+ of my sims into groups in another document. So, when I experience similar aging them upwards, I'll manually change the age of everyone that's in the last stage of whatever historic period they are. Just that'south tiring, because elders don't die. And you tin't CAS a baby, so I have to become to each household with a babe and age them myself. It's wearisome, so I detect myself not crumbling them. I've been playing with the aforementioned group of YAs for... weeks because I'grand besides lazy to go and age up all the teens, children, toddlers, immature adults, adults, babies, and kill some elders. So... is there a modernistic? Edit: For anyone stumbling in here looking for the same matter, there is a way to control ages in days. Yous tin can download it here: world wide web.patreon.com/posts/fix-your-sims-22807008 (information technology'south free). Although you lot can't edit sims in bulk like you could in the Sims 3 and you have to become to each individual sim you want to change the historic period progress for, it works. I was able to take my teen sim who was 3 days from aging up and restart him downwards to 0 days into his historic period. Meanwhile, I put his teen sister at viii days into her age. I'm so happy there's a way to control the ages. | | | | Post by Sparkiekong on Dec 17, 2018 14:42:53 GMT -5 I don't know of anything that is that precise, but MCCC has some age settings in it. You tin can tweak the historic period spans for all life states. This > MCCC Overview < is an overview of all the settings, if you look in there for historic period related things information technology has a description of what the command does. Hopefully that link will exist what yous're looking for. I'm not familiar with any other mods/programs that come close to it. Good luck. | | | | Postal service by simme2 on Dec 17, 2018 22:32:06 GMT -five I haven't come across annihilation either. MCCC let'southward y'all ready them to any historic period you want, but it resets everything, the face, the dress, the aspirations. Click on the Sim and then MCCC and select Sim Commands and then Set Age. Wouldn't recommend it though. Theoretically, I gauge you could continue a toddler that way forever? I retrieve it's more for letting you get-go the sim once more with traits and stuff without having to re-create the sim from scratch. Tin't touch those settings in the 'dresser' settings. But, if you try it, brand sure you save your game starting time, because at that place's no way to disengage it if you don't like it!! If you don't save over it you can log out and back in to your previous save, no impairment done. I inverse my main character into a toddler just to see what happens, everything goes back to base of operations values and so I couldn't hit undo or anything. Fortunately, I take saved only ahead of information technology and managed to log out and back in to my regular game. Whew! There is an old modern at Mod The Sims, but it'southward and then sometime I don't know if it would really work? I don't call up information technology'south possible to revise the settings in information technology though? modthesims.info/d/539112 | | | | Mail past pluffie on December xviii, 2018 fifteen:29:01 GMT -5 I don't know of annihilation that is that precise, but MCCC has some age settings in it. Yep, I know about that modern and have it in my game. I've as well already contradistinct the lifespan the fashion I described in a higher place via MCCC, but turned information technology off considering I wanted the aging to be done in groups instead of at different times. Like, for example, there's a teen and their lifespan is ready to 32 days via MCCC. I wanted to know if it were possible to set that sim to eight days old, 16 days one-time, etc, then that I take different groups of sims aging every 8 days instead of an unabridged age group aging at the same time or randomly. I did that with the Sims 3 and I never had as well many or not enough babies, toddlers, teens, etc. I always had the exact number of sims for each age group that I wanted at all times. Each group also had the same amount of boys and girls (so every eight days, a group of 4 girls and 4 boys would historic period into a different life stage), so my boondocks also e'er remained l/50. But I gauge I could simply turn aging dorsum on and let the sims historic period and eventually what I desire will happen if I forcefulness pregnancies on random sims when the current gear up of babies age up afterward 8 days. Thank you for responding, though. I wasn't sure if what I wanted existed, just I guess it's a bit too precise/complicated a request. | | | | Post past foamythegirl on May 25, 2019 17:54:33 GMT -5 MCCC just updated and added the ability to set the number of days in an age for your sims. It doesn't affect number of days lived (for dying of sometime age or whatever) only will put your sim as half-filled adult. | |
